I noticed that all of the images I selected for actors and actresses have changed back to the newest options. Is there a way to prevent the image changes from happening with out your direct input?

In my experience this has only happened when the photo I select is the first photo for that actor, I think because it just assumes I am leaving it as "default". But I haven't had this problem if I've chosen any photo after the first
