You may be right here that the user is doing this just like those Millie Bobby Brown clone accounts and the Tom Holland ones from I believe rialryan2005 back in November/December 2020.

And someone named nickt (not sure if they had an active account on here or not) used multiple accounts as seen here with these two choices.
