create something like x femmes and s/he might unblock you which gives you the chance to block her/him and then you can delete that story

Nope, bad idea. It'll make you no different than him/her. Just ignore him and wait until the mods/admin do something about that guy. At least, please don't do anything stupid, just don't, okay.
