He cast non existent/fictional people for roles. And he often downvote japanese actors/actresses, it's like he had some hatred towards japanese people or something. Plus, from what i heard from amalfi5000 back then in an older post, this guy often add irrelevant character images and messing with the character description

Yep, it's already obvious, the name is the same, the vote patterns are the same too.
