Just a working theory so far, but I noticed on several roles that gustavoduarte and user_70223 have the same upvotes and downvotes on certain suggestions. One thing that gives me this idea is that both accounts are from Brazil.

I have that feeling too about those profiles, and I think there may be another from Brazil with lucianacampos and lucyevansr, as seen below on a faceclaim for Joseph Quinn in another user's 80s Face Claims of not being born in the decade.
