I already saw that one and reported it to the admins

I would like to say that the likelihood that these accounts are bots is very slim. New users are made to verify their email address and go through a Captcha system. These are more than likely people involved in a group that are attempting to scam users on the site. It is true that we were manually moderating and deleting these accounts as they would appear to the best of our ability. Due to the accounts not being bots, there was no simple method of preventing their creation.

I still don't understand, these spammer accounts appeared to be the same person but how come they be able to spam so many promos all at once in no time ? And i even saw one of the spammer accounts from Vietnam able to include an image on the synopsis of one of their promo spams before it's deleted (although one thing for sure is that they're able to change their account's IP address using some kind of program).

I was right, i thought October was going to be the end of it, but no, the situation became even worse. These guys are back and is now doing spamming spree on the website again: https://www.mycast.io/profiles/152303/username/dodger
Admins/Mods, please ban them before this situation became even worse.

Fyi, i've deleted that previous post due to the said spammer replying to it and causing further drama, and since i'm the type to avoid conflicts in the issues section, i deleted the said post cuz they're gonna flood my email notifications if i didn't delete it, so i just copy what i just said in the deleted post and then paste it onto this one.
