I keep getting this cookies popup that's basically impossible to close unless you reload the page which is very annoying

Was coming here to post about the same thing, trying to use the website on my new phone and I can't because even when I refresh it keeps popping up. I've tried to follow the instructions but when I click save and exit it won't close.
