It's possible that this account was a bot account. There's similar accounts registered from India who spams similar kind of stuff (usually American Airlines phone numbers), sometimes the accounts are located in different countries such as Vietnam or US etc. but i know that these are the same bot accounts operated by the same person.

How do i know it was a bot ? Well, whenever one of their account appear, the account spams those nonsensical promos all at once, thus bumping the actual fancast stories made by other users. Plus, after one account appear, another account follow suit and does the same as the first account and so on.
I've reported some of them to the mods so that they would get banned. But for whatever reason, they came back and won't stop what they were doing. I seriously think the admins/mods need to do something about these bot spams
