Who the hell is Arloid Anesio, and why everybody make the story about him?

It's this phillipino guy and his group of friends who are all over the web, check the proud family wiki and I garuntee you'll find him

I checked the proud family wiki but there's no mention about him. Probably the page was looted with him before the deleting.
