Somebody, mods please ban him, he has literally filled my notifications with too much crap of him pinging people. Do something mods, ban him or something. He spams everyone

Actually, pinging isn't a bannable offence. But if its bothering, maybe we should talk to him about it or block him(which might be a bit too harsh, depending on how you feel about it).
