If a user is causing trouble on this website, the first thing you're likely to do is to report them. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to do any justice as some users can use the report button to take down users they don't like. What MyCast needs is some kind of online court for the trolls on this website. The judge would have to be one of the admins on MyCast, while the jury consists of the moderators. If found guilty, the troll would then be banned from the site.
