Keanu Reeves and Carrie Anne Moss Returning For Matrix 4

Keanu Reeves continues his reign as "the best thing ever to be in a movie or game". News of another Matrix movie has been rumored for a long while. The most reported was a prequel starring Michael B. Jordan as a young Morpheus. Now things seem to be going in a totally different direction with the return of Keanu Reeves and Carrie Anne Moss to film a fourth Matrix as Neo and Trinity.

If you are wondering how Neo and Trinity can be in another Matrix (spoiler: they ceased to be) you are not alone. Maybe we will get that young Morpheus tale with Neo and Trinity somehow coming back to life and going to Morpheus' past or something...something...time travel. It's a movie, I am sure they can get it done.

The original Matrix trilogy was written and directed by The Wachowskis. Matrix 4 will be written and directed by Lana Wachowski so we have another connection to give us hope it will be a good sequel. Say what you want about the second and thrid Matrix movies, they were not bad. Disappointing, but not bad. 

Keanu is on a roll with John Wick 3, his surprise role in Cyberpunk 2077 and Bill & Ted 3 releasing next year. He seems to be on the Harrison Ford kick of revisiting old characters and I am sure people are all for it.
