Yann Pichon is a French actor and ADR director , born September 8, 1964 Practicing dubbing, He is a regular voice of Japanese animation and anime series with among others the role of Mihawk "Hawkeye" in One Piece , King Bradley in Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood or Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop . He is also the voice of Bentley in the Sly video games and that of Cullen Rutherford in the Dragon Age trilogy .
