Vuokko Raudsepp is an Estonian woman of Finnish descent and is the main protagonist of the Pala Mepaj story of the same name. She spends her time mainly in Estonia and Finland, fighting bad guys and criminals (even if the people who need help can protect, save or help themselves), and has been mocked told she's weak, and not worth anything. She has a love for helping people, rescuing them, or otherwise make people's lives better, and an extreme dislike for bullies, and especially criminals. She doesn't like being called a "superhero", preferring the term "do-gooder".
