Vulko is an ally of the Ninja Turtles. He was a Romanian traveler and the father of Esmeralda, who met the Ninja Turtles and Renet Tilley when the team traveled to Transylvania, Romania for Count Dracula. He also suffers from lycanthropy, as he can shape-shift into a werewolf during the nighttime. During his werewolf state, he was recruited by Savanti Romero to become a part of his monster army, alongside with Count Dracula, The Pharaoh, and Frankenstein's Monster. Eventually, after Savanti Romero's Monster Invasion was over, he was turned back into a human and was sent back into a time period by Renet, before he suffered from lycanthropy. Vulko debuts in The Crypt of Dracula.
