Tuân Nam Điểu (1925–2025) was a member of the Vietnamese Brotherhood of Assassins who operated Saigon as his native birthplace with the Viet Cong in South Vietnam during the 1975 spring offensive and the Vietnam War which lasted over 20 years of conflict between the French that colonized as French Cochinchina, part of French Indochina and the Americans led by Bloodstone Unit along with Boris Pash and Julia Gorm, the daughter of the British Assassin Eddie Gorm. Tuân's homeland was invaded by the Japanese Templars during World War II which lasted until August 1945 and aided Ho Chi Minh to declare independence from the French and the Japanese. Tuân went to Paris as a student to join the French Communist Party which formed the philosophy as Marxist-Leninist organization in Vietnam as the Viet Minh before renaming itself as the Viet Cong according to the Assassin Council. On 30 April 1975, the last American troops as well as the Bloodstone Unit had left Saigon for the North Vietnamese led by the Assassin Tuân Nam Điểu to take over the Presidential Palace once Nguyễn Văn Thiệu had left and fled to exile in the United States provided by Abstergo Industries. On 2 July 1976, North and South Vietnam had unified as a single state with Hanoi as its capital of the whole nation after Saigon was renamed Ho Chi Minh City against the American-led South Vietnamese Templar influence.
