Talia al Ghul, also known as Miranda Tate, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Bane) of the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises, the third and final installment of Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Trilogy. She is the heir to the League of Shadows, and following the death of her father Ra's al Ghul, its leader, she had sought to finish what he previously masterminded by destroying Gotham; with her personal accomplice and protector Bane proceeding with the plot all together whilst she remained hidden for most of the film under the alias Miranda Tate, thus she is the final antagonist of The Dark Knight Trilogy all together.
