Ruruka Ando is a minor antagonist of Danganronpa 3: The End Of Hope's Peak High-School. She's a member of the Future Foundation prying to rid the world of the remnants of Despair. Her Ultimate Talent used to be the Ultimate Confectioner, being really good at baking. She's one of the members of the final Killing Game. Although she's a member of a heroic foundation, her true colors are much more villainous than they appear, as she's usually prone at using people for her own benefit, and hates anyone who backstabs her. She is friends with Sonosuke Izayoi and was a former friend with Seiko Kimura.
