Nanette Manoir

Nanette Manoir is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the animated cut-out series Angela Anaconda. She’s the archnemesis and enemy of the eponymous titular character. She is a very snobby, selfish girl and a highly manipulative little brat. Nanette is considered to be the teacher's pet and often acts nice around adults and has most of them wrapped around her finger, especially her homeroom teacher, Mrs. Ephegenia Brinks. But, around Angela and her friends, her true colors are revealed where she treats them all poorly and often gets them in trouble, mostly and especially Angela and acts superior around them, resulting in Angela derisively calling her "Ninny-Poo." Nanette is also under the delusion that she is a full-blooded French-born girl and not American, evident by her speaking with a faux French accent. Her knowledge of the French language is extremely limited where she mistakenly believes that some French words have other meanings instead of their true meanings.
