Hugo Rottenwage

Hugo Rottewange is a canon character and the deuteragonist from Tangled spin-off series Varian and the Seven Kingdoms. He would have accompanied Varian on his journey with the rest of his travel party in order to gain the seven totems for Donella. These totems would activate a portal to the eternal library. Hugo comes from a very technologically advanced, yet economically-divided kingdom. As a result, he lives like a criminal, stealing riches to fund his experiments and to live a more lavish life. He has street smarts, intelligence, and is very charismatic. However, Hugo can be very mischievous and sneaky, and is often out for himself.
