Emma Greystone

Emma Grace Greystone is the middle child and only daughter of the three Greystone children. She is the Other World's version of Emma Gustano. Emma is hyperfocused on mathematics and enjoys all kinds of arithmetic. She has a very focused and scientific mind, but gets upset when she cannot calculate the odds of something. She is able to solve problems and come up with solutions faster than her brothers, as her mind works in a way that problem-solving is easy. She has difficulty with others' feelings and can be incredibly stubborn and confrontational, as well as very impacted by first impressions, giving her a dislike of Natalie Mayhew for a while. She also sometimes can fall into the "Not Like Other Girls" way of thinking, in judging other girls for their more feminine and less scientific interests. As such, her and her mother came up with a running joke, "rainbow butterflies," to remind her to be more open-minded. Despite her faults in relating to others, she is by no means uncaring- she is very protective of Finn, for instance. She was too young to remember her father before his death, and she is somewhat jealous of Chess for having memories of him. She also has a very heroic side, and a determination to help.
