With "so4thistrack," Stephen M. Green is back at it with a new single. This is his fourth and last tune delivered in 2022. It doesn't have any lyrics or a story to talk about, but it's pretty good. I bopped my head on the main beat, and about 2/4 of the way through the song, a piano slowly walks up a flight of stairs before the bass comes in. To put it another way, Green hasn't come up with many new and interesting ideas in this song. Now, unlike "soiwasawar3," I think it has more replay value. Although "Soiwasawar3" wasn't bad, as I said in that article, not everyone would play it at a party or event. It's exciting to listen to "So4thistrack," which gives us a glimpse of Green's future musical plans. On that note, something seems off. No pun intended. In 2022, Green finally released music under his own name. For someone who isn't known for producing, four individual songs is a lot. Recently, the thought of a project coming up hit me, but Green hasn't said anything or given any indication that it will. It's possible that these songs aren't meant to be taken seriously, or that Green hasn't planned anything at all. Since 2023 is not far off, I suppose it will be some time before a complete body of work is realized. I just wanted to let you know that this will be my last article for 2022 before I leave. Please subscribe to Stephen M. Green if you haven't already, and thank you for reading anything I write.
