One of Oscar's biological mothers, who also serves as a recurring NPC in the story via sidequest. After the Magic Eater's attack on Earth brought magic to the world, the marine biology has seen some serious evolution, and thus, she's been sailing her wife all across the globe to document them. You run into her while chasing down the villains, and she's more than happy to offer her help. At least middle-aged.
