One of Oscar's biological mothers, who also serves as a recurring NPC in the story via sidequest. Her marine biology studies have only grown thanks to the effects of magic on marine wildlife, and she's found herself busy with all the new discoveries in-between communications with her long-lost child to see how he's doing. You run into her during a study session during your adventures, and she and her wife are more than happy to lend you a hand. At least middle-aged.
