Tally Youngblood wishes to be pretty. And on her 16th birthday she can undergo a surgery that makes her beyond beautiful. Her childhood friend has already become pretty, and so being alone, Tally has no one. That is until Tally meets Shay. A daredevil that wishes to be more than a surgery that erases your purpose.
