a Decepticon Bounty Hunter and Ratchet's rival who transforms into a Drag Racer. He is killed by the Combined forces of Arcee, Chromia, Elita-1, Ratchet, Armorhide and Jetfire. Originally Lance Henriksen, who voiced Lockdown in Transformers: Animated was offered to reprise his role, but turned it down, T.C. Carson took over and was praised for the voice.
