Tired of superhero teams who never "get their hands dirty for the greater good", General Ross forms a team with the world's most dangerous and lethal anti-heroes. The team will inherit its nickname : the Thunderbolts. Their mission is to stop a dangerous suspected terrorist sheltering in an Asian dictatorship. Once there, the anti-heroes will not be able to resolve not to seize the opportunity to overthrow the tyrant in place, which was not in Ross's plans but his team intends to spread justice... like lightning !
