The Daily Bugle trio of Perry, Pineda and Gelman is excellent. I was also advocating for Hawke to twist his ideal Gen-X’r dad image as Osborn prior to getting cast in Moon Knight. Would have been great if they had drawn out his turn into the Goblin for a bit. I guess my only qualm is Muschietti as the director. I get that it mirrors Raimi and John Watts as he’s a horror guy making the switch to a coming-of-age superhero action thing and the first part of It is easily the best one but even then, I didn’t like it all that much. I just don’t dig his style. He’s just one of many misgivings on the pile that is The Flash.

Few comments: Heck yeah Alex Wolff as Peter! Peter B as Electro is great! I really want Daniella to get a great role also it’s fun seeing her as Betty! David Dastmalchian is always welcome in any cast! And Ethan Hawke is slowly becoming a fave of mine, so Ethan as Norman supremacy!

I honestly hate how people keep casting short actors as Harry Osborn next to a tall actor who plays Peter Parker and Flash Thompson.

@parzivaljoker It worked for Tye Sheridan with Sophie Turner, but even if they tried to do that, the other person would still be taller. That's why I would cast more Shorter actors as Peter and Talller actors as Harry and Flash, or have Peter and Harry as the same height and Flash taller.
