70 years after the events of Avatar The Last Airbender, Avatar Aang has passed away but his spirit flows within Korra, the new Avatar from the Souther Watertribe. She vows to protect Republic City, a city where both benders and nonbenders live. She is under the mentorship of Tenzin, the son of Aang to train hard to master all four elements and do whatever takes to keep Republic City safe from the world of crime
