Fan Casting The Gorilla (2027)

A loose remake/reimagining of the 1939 comedy horror film of the same name.

A wealthy businessman enlists the aid of three unrelated, coincidentally all Latina aspiring private investigators to uncover the identity of a gorilla-masked slasher who has been wreaking havoc in his neighborhood. In the man's mansion the three meet him, his daughter, her girlfriend, and the household's butler and maid and they all encounter the villainous murderer when he breaks into the mansion...and, by sheer coincidence, an actual gorilla that recently escaped from a nearby zoo finds his way in there too. Chaotic shenanigans and scares ensue.
