Story Plot

When Wally West was 12 years old, he was struck by lightning and had become a speedster. Over the course of eight years, Wally had defended both Central City and Keystone City as Kid Flash, alongside his uncle, Barry Allen, aka The Flash. But after Barry sacrifices himself to save the two cities, Wally takes it upon himself to become the new Flash.
