Fan Casting The Batman II: March Of the penguin (2000)

Batman continues his war on crime and corruption in Gotham City with the help of his allies, Dick Grayson aka Robin, Commissioner Gordon, and District Attorney Harvey Dent. However, Oswald Cobblepot, former lieutenant of the now-deceased Carmine Falcone, seeks to take his master's place as crime boss. Meanwhile, a mysterious serial killer known as the Scarecrow, resentful of Falcone and Cobblepot, is eliminating the remaining members of the Falcone crime family. Therefore, Batman must end the war and bring the criminals to justice, all while facing off against the beautiful and cunning vigilante Catwoman.
