One of Ben Tennyson's old foes, Dr. Animo, has resurfaced once again to try and take over the world once again. This time, he has build an army of genetically-mutated aquatic animals that would help him with his goals. Howerer, one of the experiments a sassy and lovesick shark named Jabberjaw is not interested in helping with his master's plans and instead seeks to travel the world and become a famous singer. So she joins a not well known band, The Neptunes, and she stumbles into a crazy journey of her own
