Story Plot
After hearing that there are more mutants in the swamps of Florida, The Shredder tries to make new Allie’s out of them, only being successful in convincing a mutated Crocodile named Leatherhead. Now Leo, Donnie, Mikey, Raph, Splinter, April, and new Allie’s in the form of Casey Jones and The Punk Frogs must defeat the Shredder again, meeting some more Mutants along the way.
