Fan Casting Swamp Thing (TV Show) February 2028

After inventing a biological restorative device capable of solving world hunger, Dr Alec Holland and his wife are attacked in their secret laboratory forcing him to flee into the swamps of Louisiana with his invention. Alec succumbs to an explosion set off from his lab and drowns in the swamp with his device. Later, he emerges from the swamp, but now he has been malformed and transformed into the massive hulking Swamp Thing.
