Fan Casting Venom/simbiont in Spiderman: New Version

An alien parasite that arrived on Earth in John Jameson's rocket, has the ability to attach itself to a host and create a symbiotic relationship with it, granting it a supersuit and protection against threats and a healing factor, although in reality it adheres to them feeding on their negative emotions. When he arrives on Earth he is guarded by the Fantastic Four, but is stolen by the Sinister Six and ends up attaching himself to Peter, giving him a black suit, feeding on his negative feelings about Gwen's death, after seeing that it does him no good. Peter gets rid of him thanks to being sensitive to sound and joins Eddie.
