A deranged serial killer who was imprisoned in the Ravencroft asylum, and later transferred to "The Raft", where he would come into contact with a part of Eddie's symbiote, symbiotically becoming a fearsome monster. Unlike Peter who was controlled by the symbiote or Eddie who coexisted with the symbiote, Cletus dominated him at his will, since he did not feel negative feelings, only bloodlust. The Green Goblin would join forces with him during the Halloween season, facing Spider-Man and Vemon. It would be revealed that Cletus was Uncle Ben's murderer. In the end Cletus would die in combat and in the last season, Norman would stay with his symbiote.
