Continuing after A Carnage Encounter part 1, Peter and MJ reunite morning the lose if Aunt May and Felicia. But Peter is left torn by the brutal murder of Felicia and his aunt. He goes awol. It's up to Eddie Brock to find a way to stop Carnage from killing more people, but fails multiple times. But as the world asks where is Spider-Man, MJ is captured again by 'Carnage' Kasady.
