Spidey beats him and takes to the police where it's revealed that he is that man who has messed with Peter since Spider-Man 1, his name is revealed to be Quinton Beck. However before they can incarcerate him is vanishes in a puff of green smoke. Peter soon has to confront a man who has built himself a metal winged suit as committing several robberies. The press is dubbing him The Vulture. Meanwhile, there is another burger by the name of Black-Cat who Peter/Spider-Man is a little smitten by. [After final battle MJ is left in a coma from Vulture dropping her].
