Character Description
Rouge is the most skilled thief and spy in all of Mobius. She has never been caught nor compromised nor has she failed. Robotnik hired her to help collect the Chaos Emeralds on Earth, for there is no better tracker he knows of. Rouge is the thief that stole the Master Emerald. She has the sass and charm of a femme fatale, the swiftness of an assassin, and everything else about her screams "thief." No one knows why she's like this, but Knuckles knows one thing: he doesn't like her!
