A minor villain that you encounter in Ballistic's domain. Wave Digger was said to have been the one to inherit Ballistic's domain, but Ballistic inherited it instead—which is an eternal sore spot for Wave Digger. With help from Brain and the similarly-resentful Snowbrawl, Wave Digger intends to place Ballistic's domain in an eternal frost. Fancasted VAs must be Hawaiian or at the very least Indigenous Pacific Islander.
