Character Description
A minor villain that you encounter in Ballistic's domain. Snowbrawl is a snow spirit who has never seen eye-to-eye with Ballistic due to their polar opposite temperaments, and when she learned of Wave Digger's plans to chill the land as revenge against Ballistic, Snowbrawl was more than happy to help. Fancasted VAs must be Hawaiian or at the very least Indigenous Pacific Islander.
