Character Description
A minor villain that you encounter in Salamelter's domain. Saint-Hearted posits himself as a kindly saint who wishes to obtain Salamelter's power for the good of the people, but in reality he's cruel and corrupt, and wants Salamelter's power for himself so he can ascend to godhood, and aims to do that by placing Salamelter's domain in a cold freeze and tricking him into giving Saint-Hearted his power.
