A fish NPC that you meet during your travels of the Radiant Isles. Cillary is the princess of an underseas royal family, and is constantly high-strung due to the many duties, lessons, and other royal responsibilities she must tend to. She tried to sneak away and get a break from it all, but then, Hektore came to her underseas home in search of Radiance and turned the place into a stormy nightmare! Seems she just can't catch a break.
