1 year after what happened in "Scream 10" Alison is in her last year of college with Tara, Sam continues his life, Gale tries to overcome the tragic events of the past and Kirby continues trying to finish solving the case from a year ago. While all this is happening Alison and Sam continue murdering people on the University Campus and trying to maintain a life, when anonymous threats and a new GosthFace threaten to reveal the whole truth of what happened a year ago. This installment has a dark style, referencing "The Batman", "Halloween H20" and "Scream 1"
