Character Description
Like many of the Rogues, Mark Mordon was a simple thief before he became the Weather Wizard. He began his career developing powerful weather stations only to be stopped by Wally West's Kid Flash and the Elongated Man. Hiding in his brother Clyde's laboratory, Mordon discovered the technology to make a Weather Wand, allowing him to control weather naturally, even as he killed Clyde to keep it. Now internalizing the power of his wand, and able to control it form great distances, Weather Wizard is no pushover among the Rogues.
