Character Description
Abuse from his father and greed motivated Leonard Snart to be a thief. But his ingenuity made him more dangerous when he developed his Cold Gun, and thus being dubbed Captain Cold by the press. A thief by trade, Cold would gather like-minded allies of the Flash's enemies to form the Rogues. Though he has tried to live by a series of rules, with betrayal from Captain Boomerang, Captain Cold has become even more cold hearted than when his sister, the Golden Glider, died, making him even more dangerous...
