The only son of Sam Reynolds, Casey Brinke's colleague and EMT partner, Lucius has been interested in the occult, even if his dad finds it odd, and what has caused a strain in their relationship, more so than what happened with his mom Valerie leaving them. What makes it harder for Lucius, is his family has the means to inherit magic, thanks to his grandma Eleanor, and he has begun to learn this. This kind of incident has led him and his dad to meet and work with the Doom Patrol, with Niles hoping to help Lucius learn to better use his powers as the Great Ludini.
