Hailing from Kiros in the world of Skartaris, Machiste was enslaved by the forces of Deimos. On the Gryfalcon, he befriend Travis Morgan, with their forming a strong bond. In a gladiator arena, the duo were trained by Shebal in combat, eventually leading a revolt. Even after they obtained freedom, Machiste remained a stalwart ally to Travis, aka Warlord, despite losing his right hand. Now, in a time with Travis's son, Joshua, as the new Warlord, Machiste helps him prepare for war, since he can feel Deimos isn't truly dead yet...
