Character Description
A brilliant prodigy, Ryan Choi came into contact with Ray Palmer, before he eventually would leave his home in Hong Kong to work on his post-doctorate work in Ivy Town at Ivy University. Being left one of Ray's Bio-Belts, based on the tech he used as the Atom, Ryan would eventually take on the role of the Atom. Even through his heroism, Ryan would be killed by Deathstroke and his Titans, only surviving because his bio-essence was in the mass space. Saved and brought back, Ryan now continues his work as the Atom, being able to grow in addition to shrink.
